The maps illustrate the Riverside Park in 2010 and after redevelopment.
Overall, the area experienced substantial changes with several facilities being constructed, although previous utilities were remained almost intact.
If we look at the one before the construction, we can see the park was surrounded by a walking path adjacent to the Heritage railway track on the right-hand side of the area. At the end and the beginning of the railway track, there were two stations with a river above them in the north. Furthermore, there were many trees next to the park. In terms of the establishments inside the park, there were two roads divided into opposite directions. The circle roads which the ones located in the south-west contained three parking spots inside them. Moreover, one toilet was located below the roads, while the two of them were above.
As regards the second map, it is clear that the previous amenties were left untouched, despite the significant additions. Firstly, the divided two roads are attached to each other and the one in the western side is enlarged. Also, a parking spot in the north-west and a hotel in the south-east are built. There is a cafe next to the two toilets and three swings between them are constructed. The last establishment is a cycle path between the park and the river.
