The bar chart compares the percentage of people who participated in different sports in 1998 and 2005. Overall, golf was the most popular game in both years, whereas tennis was the least played. In 1998, physical activities were more common, respectively. There was a noticeable contrast between the proportions of baseballers, with olds being significantly larger.
In 1998, cycling was the least popular with 6% participation. Golf, however, dominated as 22 percent of individuals joined. Tennis and cycling were the same percentage at about 8% while volleyball, basketball and soccer played just under 10%. 13% of the people participated in swimming. Baseball, downhill skiing and ice hockey were more common with 16% and 17% players.
In 2005, every sport less participated rather than in 1998.Tennis played merely 6% which is the least in the graph. Cycling, downhill skiing, volleyball and baseball includes similar participation, approximately 6%. 8%, 9% and 11% individuals joined basketball, soccer and swimming. Ice hockey and golf, however, participated 18% and 21%, respectively.
