The both bar charts describe the percentages of employment for male and female in three different countries between 2005 and 2015.
To begin with, we will start with Canada. In 2005, the rate of employment for men was around 60%, while female employment was less than 40%. While, in South Korea, the employment of men was more or less at 75% and the women was at precisely 30%. On the other hand, Sweden’s men employment was almost 80% and women was at around 45%.
Going on to 2015, we can see there were a lot of changes for employment. Take Canada for the example; there had been an increase of employment grade for both men and women. Men has a slight increase to around 70% and women had a major increase of employment to around 55%. While in South Korea, there was not much increase in employment rate. Just a slight increase for both men and women. In Sweden, there was a major decrease employment for men at 70% as for the women an increase to more than 50%.
In conclusion, between 2005 and 2015, men always had a higher employment rate than women
