The charts above illustrate the proportion of male and female individuals from three different countries hired a job between 2005 and 2015. In both charts given, the horizontal axe represents the states examined (Australia, Japan and Ireland) whilst the vertical one displays the range of number (from 0 to 80 percent). Overall, the trend of each country in both mentioned years were slightly fluctuated.
During the year 2005, Japan had the highest employed men rate throughout the year, accounting almost 85% in the whole population. Meanwhile, Ireland was the second highest with 70% of the proportion and the lowest was Australia, which appeared about 61% in the chart. Regarding female workers, Australia reached the rate of approximately 38 to 39. A larger number of Irish women work in jobs, about 5% higher than Australia. But above from that, Japan had the percentage around 30%, the lowest one in the chart.
Turning to the year 2015, we can see that the trend of employed males in three areas were still remain stable throughout a decade. However, the amount of percentage in Australia and Ireland reached to the same similarity, around 70% respectively. The percentage of employed Australian woman had risen up to about 54%, being the highest one before Ireland, which was typically 5% lower. Not but at least, Japan had a slight rise from 30% to around 35%.
