Overall, it can be seen that all the percentage of employment rate rose between the years. The proportion of male in employment were higher than that of female.
According to the figure, male employment rate in all countries rose slightly in 2015, whereas female in employment increased moderately. The percentage of male Employment rate in Japan were the highest in both 2005 and 2015 by just over 70%, the figures were similar. Working men employment rate in all countries rose slightly in 2015. Female employment rate in Australia was 70%, higher than both Ireland and Japan across the years. Working women in Australia and Ireland increased substantially in 2015; however, the employment rate of Japanese women rose slightly in 2015.
To sum up, the pattern of all countries was similar in both men and women. There was a huge gap pf male and female working status in Japanese in both years, whereas the other two countries are not much differences.
