The bar chart shows how much rice (in million tonnes) four countries (A, B, C, D) produced in 2005, 2010, and 2015.
Overall, Country A was the largest producer in all three years, while Country B ranked second. In contrast, Countries C and D had much lower outputs, with little change over time.
In 2005, Country A produced the most rice (around 50 million tonnes), far exceeding Country B (about 30 million). Countries C and D remained below 10 million tonnes each. By 2010, A’s production rose slightly to 55 million, but B’s output stayed nearly the same. C and D saw minimal growth, staying under 15 million.
In 2015, Country A’s production peaked at 60 million tonnes, while B reached 35 million. Again, C and D showed almost no progress, with both under 20 million.
The gap between the top two (A and B) and the bottom two (C and D) was significant throughout the period. While A and B increased production, especially A, C and D barely improved. This suggests major differences in agricultural capacity among these nations.
