The bar graph illustrates the percentage of electricity generated from renewable sources in five countries in the years 2000 and 2020.

Overall, Brazil had the highest renewable share from 2000 to 2020, while India had the lowest share in both years. However, Germany, The US and China increased individually and had different percentages of change.

Firstly, the countries that had the highest and lowest energy renewables in 2020 were Brazil and India (40% and roughly 3% respectively). Nevertheless, the percentage of Indias share of clean energy was the lowest even though it surged from around 3 percent to about 14 percent from 2000 to 2020.

The percentage of Brazils green energy rose from 40 to around 54. This change was not the most significant, but the percentage of renewable electricity in this country was the highest in both years. In contrast, the influx of Germany’s renewable electricity share was the greatest from each of the 5 countries soaring from 10 percent to about 35 percent from 2000 to 2020.
