Overall,it is clear that products was the highest in 1996,while delivery decrease by a fraction over the period.
In 1996, regarding products were more griavance accounting nearly 85%,while delivery held only 22%.However,over the period delivery peaked up and held 65% overtaking complaints in 1996 and others.Annually complaints in company gradually declined starting with products complaints throghout years.In 2006, products there were lowest than in 1996 held 60%.However,in 2016 complaints for products remained with minor changes approximately 75%.
Although in 1996 was more complaints than others(staff,delivery) fell steadily having a small of the complaints.On the other hands complaints began shrinking dramatically,others held only 23%.
