Overall, it seems that there is a marginal increase in workers wages and the average working hours differ for each profession. Regarding the salary growth, underground driver is the highest paid job , making up for 5000 pounds in the beginning and 51000 pounds 3 years later. In contrast, nurse has the lowest wage level with only 18000 pounds paid when started and a slight increase after three years.
