The bar chart compares salary among four professions, namely police, nurse, firefighter and underground driver in the U,K, while the table depicts the average time spent at work for each occupation.
Overall, it seems that there is a marginal increase in workers wages and the average working hours differ for each profession. Regarding the salary growth, underground driver is the highest paid job , making up for 5000 pounds in the beginning and 51000 pounds 3 years later. In contrast, nurse has the lowest wage level with only 18000 pounds paid when started and a slight increase after three years. Interestingly, police has the biggest increase in salary, starting with 21000 pounds to finishing with 23000 pounds.
In terms of the average working hours, underground driver having the highest paid job spend the least time at work per week, 36 hours specifically. While police and nurse work on average 38 to 40 hours, firefighters’ shift summing up lasts 55 hours in a week .
