Overall, women spent significantly more time on cooking and washing activities, while men spent more time on leisure activities, such as TV, video, radio.
Women spent the most time on cooking and washing, accounting for around 78 minutes per day, which was more than the time spent by men. Shopping also saw higher female participation approximately 37 minutes than men had only 22 minutes. The only one category where men took the most time spending was repair, spending for around 19 minutes, while women spent only 10 minutes.
In terms of leisure, men generally had more free time, especially for TV, video and radio, which occupied 137 minutes of their day compared to 118 minutes for women. Men also spent more time on sports, the total time was 15 minutes. The one activity where women and men had a similar level was reading, for women time was 19 and for men it was 18.
