Overall, among all groups, expenditure was highest for organization B, specifically in staff training and research. Although a varying trend was observed for all groups, purchasing buildings tended to be near the top for most of them.
To begin with, in organization B, where the most fund allocation was done, the highest expenditure was for training staff, at about €1.9 billion. This was almost 0.7 billion more than group A. Whereas, other organizations spent between 0.7 billion and 0.9 billion. The second-most-sector of expense by group B was research, which was €1.6 billion, followed by group C, which invested about €1.3 billion. While other organizations funded between €0.6 billion and €1.1 billion.
On the other hand, on machinery, Group C funded the maximum with €1.3 billion. Organization B and D invested almost equal on the same, which was approximately €0.9 billion. This was around €0.4 billion less than group C and €0.1 less than A. However, organization E invested the minimum on this sector. Moreover, organizations A and B spent around €1.5 billion on building. While all the other firms subsidized exactly a billion euros in this area.
