Overall, all ages was seen significant increased most period of time. Meanwhile, the rate of ages from 45 and over attending a gym was the lowest in all groups.
Regarding to rapidly growth rate groups, in 1990, people were 18 to 24 and 25 to 34 doing gym started over 5% relatively similar. The quatity of gyming frequently the older group rose up faster than the younger one but both them took the same pattern at 30% in 1998. In 1998 onwards was seen surpassed and reached the peak at nearly 60% of European 18 to 24 year old attending gym at the end. Meanwhile, the figure for 25 to 34 year old was 50%.
The remaining had slower increase of rate. In 1990, people aged 35-44 and up to 45 rarely went to a gym, at under 5%.
