This chart gives us information about worldwide car sharing schemes for 2008 and 2016.
We clearly can see that the usage of cars is increased almost all of the world in 8 years other than Europe. In 2008, Europe has the most percentage with followed by North America with . Even though in 2016, these two continents still have the most percentages, we can see that Europe’s usage of cars is impressively decreased to it’s half. Three other continents which are South America, Australia and Asia’s usage haven’t been changed a lot over the time. Asia is the third continent at both years with less than , even though their usage is increased the tiniest bit in 8 years.
It is safe to say that; Europe and North America swapped their places in 8 years while the other continents stayed at their space in the traffic. The most interesting part about this chart is, surely, the decreasement of Europe’s percentage.
