In 1990, more than a quarter spent on the facilities in Portugal; then this percentage fell moderately to reach around 18% in 2005. 20% of money was expensed in Italy in 1990, then the expense went down slightly to nearly 12%, and it increased to approximately 15% in 2005.
The spending rate fluctuated in the UK, which was nearly 10% in the beginning period and rose slightly by 2% in 1995, while it decreased in the end period at around 7%. The USA presented approximately steady rates with small fluctuation over the four years, about 14%.
