The table presents information about different species of birds observed in Woodchuck County during two seasons of the year, namely winter and summer.
At first glance, a greater variety of bird species was recorded in summer than in winter. While several species were observed in both seasons, juncos were the only birds that appeared exclusively in winter.
Regarding species that were recorded in only one season, bluebirds, mockingbirds, orioles and vireos were observed exclusively during the summer months. In contrast, juncos were the only species seen solely in winter. This indicates that summer supported a wider range of bird species than winter in Woodchuck County.
As for birds present in both seasons, cardinals, crows and woodpeckers were recorded throughout the year. These species therefore showed a broader seasonal presence compared with the others. Among them, cardinals, crows and woodpeckers were consistently observed in both winter and summer, suggesting that they were common bird species in the county.
