As can be seen from the chart, the quantity of people who joined fitness centers by man experienced a downward trend, while the opposite was true for woman fitness memberships. Additionally, the number of males and females who got involved in fitness clubs was the highest in 2010.
It is notable that in 1985, the numbers of males attending fitness memberships was approximately 2100, in comparison with 1200 for female members. Over the following 5 years, the quantity of man who engaged in fitness clubs increased substantially to 3800 before it experienced a gradual fall of 1800 in 2000. Meanwhile, there was a slight fall to 1700 in the number of woman fitness participants between 1990 and 1995, before rising considerably to 2800 in 2000.Regarding to th other trends, the number of Thai male fitness members rose significantly and reached a peak of 5000 in 2010 before hitting its lowest point of 1000 members in 2015. Meanwhile, female fitness paticipants witnessed a fall to 2100 in 2005, but later reached a peak of approximately 3000 members in 2010. At the end of the period, in 2015, the figure for female fitness members declined to 2000, which was two times as high as that of males.
