Generally, we can witness from the information which is presented to us, the employment status groups for both genders indicate greater amount of enjoyable leisure time in comparison with the female only employment status groups. Full time employed people experience less free time they find pleasing than unemployed and retired people, with women experiencing much less leisure time than men in all groups.
Although both genders in the full time employed group have less free hours in a week than the unemployed and retired groups, women in both groups experience significantly less resting time. The full time unemployed men have around 45 free hours per week, while unemployed and retired men have 85 and 83 hours a week, respectively. Women in these groups have around 5-6 hours less of free time, with 48 hours in full time employed, 79 hours in both unemployed and retired groups.
Part time employed women and housewives experience much less free hours a week they can use for rest, with 40 hours and 50 hours a week, respectively.
