Overall, most people had a preference spending more to hamburgers, chips and fish but demands for pizza were a less. However, pizza subsequently became dominant one than others.
The hamburger was the highest rate of spending for food both in high and average income groups, achieving a top level of request; expendeturing over 40 and 30 pence per week. However, it saw a dramatic decrease, exhibiting around 14 pecne in low income group. Fish and chips were the second rate of preference, fluctuated marginally starting with 16 pence whilst pizza was frontrunner to 23 pence in high income. Despite fish and chips grew in average income, subsequently again followed first group position while pizza remained a constant downward, dropping to 7 pence in low income group.
On other hand, fish and chips replaced hamburger becoming most popular consumed food over the year. Initially, both trends rose steadily untill 1980, witnessing approximately 90 and 150 gram food, however Fish and chips increased dramatically accomplishing 500 while gamburger grow marginally to around 290 gram.
