In the graph, changes in Manchester city centre from 2003-2012 are shown in three different areas.
Starting with 2003, burglary has the highest rate. In second place, there is car theft, and robbery takes the last place.
Between the years 2003-2006, robbery and car theft have a rather stable line, with robbery’s line being between 500-1000 and car theft 2000-2500. Meanwhile, burglary has an increase of about 500 from 2003 to 2004. After 2004, burglary dramatically decreases until 2008 to around 1000. Robbery, on the other hand, throughout the years between 2004-2012, doesn’t have a big change and has its line between 500-1000 in those years. Between 2006-2007, car theft takes burglary’s place and becomes the highest among the three of them.
The highest rate in all three categories and all the years shown belongs to burglary in 2004 with a rate of about 3750. Opposite to that, the lowest one is held by robbery in 2008 with a 500.
