The bar graph depicts the work force rates of the 55 to 64-year and 25 to 34-year age groups, with inclination to the maximum level of schooling achieved in the years 2005 and 2015.
Overall, in 2015 there has been very little fluctuation in the job rates when comparing with 2005.
Firstly, the 25 to 34 group who have achieved the least educational qualifications i.e., below upper secondary have an employment rate of 62% in 2005, and 57% in 2015. In comparision, the 55-64 category job holders were very low with only 41% in 2005 and 59% in 2015. On the one hand, youngester from the ages 25-34 who have tertiary education have the major employment rates with approximately 84% in 2005 and 83% in 2015 respectively. On the other hand, the other age group did not see much benefit even upon tertiary level eduvational enlightenment with only 61% and 66% being employed in the years 2005 and 2015.
Secondly, people ageing 25 to 34 who finished their upper secondary and post secondary non tertiary dominated the job industry in both the years. The same cannot be said for the older population.
