Overall, the popularity of the Internet varies significantly. The number of the Internet users is the highest in Iran – 56.7 million, and the lowest in Lebanon – 4.6 million.

Iran in leading the chart with 56.7 million active Internet users, followed by Saudi Arabia with around twice fewer. The only other country in the Middle East that has more than 10 million monthly Internet users is Iraq. Next is United Arab Emirates, which had 8.52 million of people who accessed the Internet in June 2017.
