In 2015, few took the policies which was around 1,205,000 for life and 4,000,000 for non-life insurance. The digits seemed to increase gradually with time; meanwhile, in 2016 and 2017, the bar for non-life insurance was greater than life insurance. In 2016, 1,350,000 took life insurance policy and 1,400,000 took non-life insurance, whereas in 2017, around 1,700,000 insured for life term and 1,800,000 for non-life term policies. The life insurance maintains its pace again in later years. In 2019, life insurance policies reached 1,810,000 and non-life insurance had 1,800,000 individuals. And the policy holder quantity reached greatest in 2019 having almost around 2,000,000 life insurance policy and 1,950,000 non-life insurance holders.
