Band 5: The chart below shows the number of men and women in further education in Britain in three periods and whether they were studying full-time or part-time. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 1 Sample)

the bar chart illustrates the amount of male and female, who was studying part time or full time in further education, in Britain between 1970 and 1991.

Overall, while the number of part-time education male is decreased, other figures is upward trend. Moreover, the number of part time student is always more than that of full time.

Looking at the male figure, the part time education male started at 1000 thousand, and it was 10 times as like as full time. After that, the number of part time was declined significantly of 200 thousands in 1981 and then the figure was grown sightly to over 800 thousand in the last of period. In contrast, the number of full time was rose gradually to around 200 thousand.

In female chart, the number of part time began with 600 thousand and then the figure was increased considerably to about 1100 thousand. Similarly, the figure of full time student was begun at around 50 thousand. After that, the number was increased to 200 thousand in 1981 and maintained around the level.
