The given bar chart illustrates the number of workers in five different kinds of jobs in a particular area in Australia in two years: 2001 and 2008.
Overall, the number of sales, computing and nursing employees saw a steady increase, while the reverse was true for those in accounting and farming. Additionally, sales employees still remained the highest portion in two compared years.
The amount of people who were in sales, computing, and nursing rose substantially. In 2001, sales workers stayed at nearly 160.000, which was the most favourite compared to other jobs. This figure continued to increase slightly and reached over 160.000 in 2008. In 2001, 60.000 employees preferred to choose the computing job and seven years later computing workers rose around 20.000 and ended at 80.000. The number of nurses started at over 50.000 then went up slightly to 60.000 which was equal to computing labor in the first year.
The two years compared to 2001 and 2008 experienced a moderate increase in the quantity of accounting and farming laborers. In 2001, accounting employees were more than 60.000, which became the second highest proportion in the beginning of the year, before dipping modestly to under 60.000 in 2008. The data on farming workers was the lowest in both two years, starting at approximately 30.000 in 2001 then decreased nearly a half of it in the next seven years.
