Overall, LaGuardia experienced a upward trend while John. Kennedy experienced decrease with some fluctuations. In addition, LaGuardia was the most crowded airport both at the beginning and end among them while Newark was the least preferable airport in initial and last.
John F. Kennedy’s visitors showed significant increase around 20 millions people between 1995 and 1997. However, there was almost 13 millions decrease in the numbers of visitor from 1997 to 1999. In addition, in 1999 John F. Kennedy contributed the least visited airport in New York City. In contrast, there was slight rise in 2000 with 10 millions people.
LaGuardia’s visitors was the highest number in 1995, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000 with 35, 40, 45, 50, 68 millions people respectively. The table showed that LaGuardia was ever-expanding from 1995 to 2000 with approximately 33 millions increase.
Then, Newark was the least visited airport contribute to about 10 millions people in 1995. However, it showed significant rise until 1997 with almost 33 millions increase. In contrast, Newark travelers remain constant between 1998 to 2000 which amost 42 millions people visited each years.
