Overall, it can be clearly observed that in three difffern tjob such as costumer service, banking and finance and also call centre were only rose, but with dinstinct space. For example, customer service was domintat from initially year.

The costumer service in the beginning of the 1990 year remained about 12%, while banking&finance and call centre was lower by 4 and 8% resepctively. Moving to the next provided year the customer service shows the same percentage as well as call center, whereas banking accounted to 10%. In 2000 the number of employess in call center gradually increased to 12%, despite this growth in this field the significant change made in 2005 , when call center became the most dominant, however to others deliberate slightly rose.

Turning to another year 2010, the figure of banking was the same as 5 years ago, as long as call center again expended making up 25% and customer service remained nearly 20% of female workers. in the last given year, the customer service significantly increase even overtook call center by 5%. The banking and finance demonstrating in the third place between these jobs remaining 35%
