Overview of early of recording time since 2000 to almost 2010, Germany was the country which had the biggest numbers of female parliament members. In 2000, the Germany’s female parliament members roughly accounted at 33 percents and continue rising every years to 2008, approximate at 37 percents. On the other hand, The UK female parliament members stay at 4 percents in 2000, which was the lowest number across 5 countries. However, that numbers had a significant climbing to 24 percents in 2012.
By the way, Italy also had the second biggest numbers by 23 percents, following Gemany. However, the number was dropped to 23 percents in 2012.
