It is clear that the highest proportion of adult workers are working in both years. Furthermore, there was the inverse relationship between working and sleeping.
In 1958, working people in this country accounted for the highest figure , at 33% of total activities. The figure for sleeping and going out with friend and family were slightly lower, at 32% and 19% respectively. Meanwhile, 8% and 6% of relaxing at home and other. The lowest figure can be seen in the percentage of traveling to work at 2%.
Following with 2008, the time people spent on working saw a significant increase, from 33% to 42%. By contrast, the figure of sleeping dropped at 25%. In addition, there was slightly increase of relaxing at home and traveling to work, accounted for 13% and 8% respectively. On the other hand, the lowest figure of going out and other were the identical, at 6%.
