The chart compares the perecntage of the population who consumed the recommended daily average of fruit and vegetables across men, women, and children in the UK. Overall, women recorded the highest value across all years, while childern shaped the least perecntage. Another noticable feature is that men were consistently between women and childern withn intake.
In 2002, women were accounted for 25% consumption, by contrast, childern were signifcantly lower with an average slightly over 10%. Similarly in 2006, women were ranked the highest followed by men and childern. In 2010, both women and men had similar percentages. Women were about 24% and Men with 18%.
In all categories, the figures had a simliar proportion. In 2006, numbers clearly inclined compared to 2002 and 2010, at around 33% of women, 28% of men, and 17% of childern sticking to the reccomendation. The least signifcant year was 2002, because no category reached above 25% unlike the rest of the figures.
