Overall, Looking through this charts, we can see wholegrain have the fastest volocity of price and rye have the slowest volocity of price in 4 years. Other brown and white is increased moderately.
Wholegrain shooted up dramatically from 2001 to 2002. In 2001, the price of wholegrain was more expensive than other three breads about 0,2 euros. It growed significantly in 2002, it rose about 1,8 euros – highest price in that period. It strongly went down approximately 0,8 euros in 2003. And it continued decrease in 2004 was 0,7 euros. In 2005, it grow sightly 0,1 euros.
On the other hand, other three breads growed steadily in 4 years. They even have same price in 2001 was 0,6 euros. Brown has rosed quickly the most in three type of breads. The highest price the brown achieved is 1,6 euros in 2002. The white bread growed up level out from 0,6 euros to 1,3 euros. The last rye was slow growing, it started increase price in last two years from 0,6 euros to 0,7 euros. It also has lowest price in 2002 was 0,5 euros.
