The chart compares what is expected to change in coming 20 years according to young people in Europe. Overall, all qualities are expected to worsen while the opposite is true for communication between individuals. Additionally, air quality in cities is less likely to improve compared to other categories.
Focusing first on the indicators of least improvements, air quality is predicted to be cleaner and better by only 23% of surveyors, whereas the second expectation is quality of water, accounting for 60% of people assuming it will get worse.
Turning to the remaining categories which recorded almost equal percentage for both changes. While 58% of young people predict that health will deteriorate in the next two decades, with similar figure, the quality of food is also expected to become unhealthy by 51% of surveyors. Admittedly, only social interactions will probably get better according 54% of younger individuals in Europe.
