Overall it is clear that, there was a slight decrease in the percentage of illness and family responsibilities, as , while unexpected problems and stress experienced dull increase over the period. In addition to this, whereas illness had the biggest amount of absenteeism, stress faced sharply decrease but became the lower amount of bar chart during the 10-years.
To turning other remaining reasons, in 2000, the personal needs were stood 15%, while the amount of unexpected problems were approximately 10%. In 2005, both of these reasons experienced slight increase during the 5-years period and became approximately 23% and 18%.
