The pie charts illustrate the various training which for the employees to communicate in an international company and the purpose of them to join this training.
The primary training in the types of communication was the Part-time Training(evening) with the figure for 39%. The second percentage of communication training was Part-time training (weekends) and Self-Tuition (both with 22%). Other types were intensive training and distant learning (with 12% and 5% respectively).
There are different reasons why they took part in this training, Notably, the highest percentage of joining purpose was Holiday Travel at 46%. And then, the second reason was Business Travel with the figure for 17%. Similarly, the figure for Personal Interest and other reasons is at 14% and 13%. The last percentage for taking part in this training was communication with clients at 10%.
Overall, there was varied training for employees to communicate well in transnational companies and showing different purposes for taking part in this training for them.
