Part-time training (evening) was taken by the highest proportion of employees, at 39%. An equal percentage of workers took part in part-time training (morning) and self tuition , at 22%. Although only 5% of employees participated in distant learning, it was just 7% less than those who took part in intensive training, at 12%.
Holiday travel was the primary reason for 46% of employees to participate in communication training, followed by business travel, at 17% while it was 14% due to personal interest.Meanwhile, the other reasons and communication with clients ranged between 10% and 13%.
