The chart illustrates global production output in Asia, Europe and the rest of the world across several years.
Overall, production output in Asia experienced a decrease, while Europe experienced an increase. Meanwhile, the rest of the world remained stable with minor fluctuations.
Asia´s production began at 40 in 1840, and reached it’s highest in 1920 at 50. By 2000 it had the same quantity as Europe. In contrast, Europe increased from 30 in 1960 to almost 40 in 1960, it is visible it had a decreased but not as Asian’s.
The rest of the world has not been stable but in 1840 was it best year. If we do a comparison for Asia and Europe with the rest of the the countries in the 1920 it was it’s lowest. Clearly, something changed between 1960 and 2000, the level went up and overpast 40 nearly at 50. Hopefully, it can be sostainable for the next years.
