For example, they spent comparably fewer hours (around 10 to 15 minutes per day) on reading, relaxing, and thinking as opposed to on sports, and playing computer games, on which they spent roughly 30 and 60 minutes respectively.
In contrast, odler residents prefered having a proper rest. Thus, they spent most of their time watching TV programms, reading, and thinking.Noteworthy, older people spent a significant amount of time (30 minutes) on using computer for gaming or leisure.
