The bar chart ilustrate the annual company rents in five differents cities per square metre in two differents years. Beside that, the table reports the rates for company vacancy in those cities.
Overall, there are four cities which the annual rent increase in 2013 (City A, City B, City C, City E). Conversely, City D had decreased from 2008 to 2013. In addition, the company vacancy shows that only City D which has significant rise rather than other cities.
On the one hand, City B was the biggest significant changed, increased notably in 2013, reaching around 2,250 dollars, following the three cities (City A, City C, City E) those cities also had significant rise from five years ago. However, the City D had experienced diminished in 2013, reaching 600 dollars that has bigger range from 2008.
On the other hand, the data from the table was totatly different from the chart where company vacancy in City D is extremly high (10% to 23%) rather than four other cities. The other cities (City A, City B, City C, City E) fall significantly from 2008 to 2013.
