Between January and March, the amount of inquiry asked in person went up, and reached 800. On the other hand, the use of letter and email to acquire information decreased slightly. From January to March, the number of telephone use by people at a tourist office fluctuated, although it dipped in February, increased again in March.
There was an upward trend in the number of requests in person, and the amount increased dramatically in June, and reached at 1600. Between March and April, the use of telephone remained unchanged, whereas it jumped sharply in the next three months. From April to May, the number of letter and email use declined significantly, but in the following two months, it remained the same.
