The line chart illustrates the frequency of information in person, by letter and by telephone at the UK tourists office over a six month period from January to June.
Overall, it can be seen that most of the people wanted to get information from tourist office by in person or through telephone, while information requests by email or letter faced declined by end of time in this surveyed.
Regarding in January, nearly over 400 people presented themselves on office for collected the information. By the end of may, person who presented in office had the more people approximately over 400 had more information requested than people who used telephone for the information. Though almost 850 people used telephone which is the most used option in January but it dominated by in person option. Both of them shown great rise in the graph while telephone user remained stable from March to April with 1000 people.
On the other hand, person who used letter or mail to get information about tourist dramatically fallen in the end of June from under 800 user to nearly 400 as a result it shown great declined in the graph.
