The chart illustrates number of requests for information at a tourist office (in person, by email and by telephone) in UK from January to June.
Overall, it is noticeable that two indicators such as requests by telephone and in person increased, but usage of letters and email messages decreased and were the least frequent by the end.
Requests in person was the most unpopular method for obtaining information in January about 420 people, however by the end this way dramatic rise and became the most popular method for getting information about 1900 people. Usage of telephone calls the indicator fluctuated between 900 and 1000 people, but the indicator increased on 900 users over the given period.
The Indicator application of letters and email gradually decreased in the end, despite this in the period from January to march the indicator has not changed yet, after that the level began to decrease from 700 to 380 and at the end, were about 380-390 people using the messages.
