Overall, the number of households, accounting the annual salary of a lakh and more were most dominant in all years except in 2011, when households within the income range between $25000-$49999 surpassed it .Notably, the lowest amount of households was registered for the people with wages category between $75000-$99999 in all years. Nonetheless, annual income cohorts within $50000-$74999 accounted the constant number of households in all three time schedules.
To begin with, in 2007, the largest share of houses was registered by the individuals earning a lakh or above with a 29 millions in number, which dropped to around 27 millions by 2011, and rose significantly at 33 millions by 2015. Furthermore, $25000-$49999 income group had only 27 (in millions) households in 2007, then the figure rose to 30 million in 2011, before it fell to 28 million by 2015. Moreover, population earning below 25000 dollar had 25 million residence in 2007, which climbed to 28 million by 2011, before it declined to 25 in 2015.
In contrast, the number of household remained unchanged for the category of annual income between $50000 to $74999 in all time period . Meanwhile, people with annual earning between $75000-$99999 occupied 14 million in 2007.The number decreased by one million in 2011 and reached 15 million in the final year 2015.
