In terms of completed (on time), the figure increased noticeably from 1990 to 2000, rising to 300 during the period 2000 to 2010. In contrast, between 1990 and 2000, having grown to just under 50, the rate for completed (late) went up from well over 0 to just under 50 during the period 2000 to 2010. Although rewrote rose markedly from well over 0 to just under 50, it decreased slightly from just under 50 to 20.
Turning to failed to write, after declining to just under 50, the indicator went down considerably from just under 50 to well over 0 between 2000 and 2010.
