The graphs provide data on proportions of plants at risk across the planet Earth and habitats where they are more endangered. Overall, it is clear that, despite the majority of plant species is safe, forest is the habitat where plants are more likely at risk.
Examining the pie chart, we can see that more than half of the diagram is covered by plants that are safe, around 64%, whereas the rest of it is composed mainly by the group of vulnerable plants, approximately 20.4%, followed by two groups of plants that are endangered and critically endangered (nearly 7% and 4%, respectively), finally by plant species about them there are not enough data available.
Looking at the bar graph, instead, it is possible to split the various habitats between two groups, the first one representing zones where the plants at risk are over 5%, such as tropical wet forest and tropical dry forest (63% and 12.1%, respectively), while the second one represents plant species at risk under 5%, such as wetlands (4.3%).
