The graphs provided show data about age, gender and game preference of electronic game players in South Korea in 2003.
Overall, it is apparent that most of the players were male and their age mostly under 36. It is also reported that actions were the most popular form of games that they preferred.
Regarding the age and gender of South Korean players, while the number of players aged under 18 and from 18 to 36 were nearly the same, at a shy of 40%, the figure for those who were above 36 was much lower, at only 23%. Additionally, a dramatic disparity was also seen in the figures for gender of players, with the respective figures for male and female being 72% and 28%.
As for their favourite games, 43% of players were in favour of actions, which was more than double those who liked sports and racing, at 20% and 17% in that order. Moreover, education accounted for the same proportion as role-playing games, at 7%, higher than other forms of entertainment by 1%.
