Overall, electronic games were the most prevalent among people under 18 years old, particularly among men. In addition, games related to actions attracted the majority of players.
Regarding the age brackets, the proportion of the youngest group ranked first, at 39%, followed by the age cohort of 18-36, around 28%. Meanwhile, those aged above 36 constituted more than one-fifth. In terms of sexes, male participation in games made up the largest figure, with 72%, whereas the share of female gamers exhibited over a quarter.
Concerning the different kinds of games, action was the most common game among players, taking up 43%. The percentage of sports made up 20%, which was 3% higher than that of racing. Education and role-playing games recorded a relative figure, at 7%, while the figure for others accounted for only 6%, representing the least favorite games.
