The chart below give informations about the production, the consumption of coffee and also where the profit goes.
Most of the production of coffee is based on South America, then Asia followed by Central America and the least production is focused on Oceania, the chart describes that South America has a production of 44%, unlike Oceania that has the least production of 2%. As for the consumption of coffee, we notice that Europeans are the most people consumming coffee with a percentage of 55% and other nationalities with a rate of 27%, however Japan is the least Country that consume coffee by 7% . The chart also describes that most of the profit goes to chipper with a pecentage of 55%, and the minimal profit is devided between producer and explorer rated by 10% each.
In summary, the data shows that production is concentrated in South America, consumption is dominated by Europe, and profits are unevenly distributed in favor of shippers.
