The 4 charts illustrate the percentages of people’s ages in 3 different age range, in Yemen and Italy, in 2000 and projection for 2050.
Overall, people from the age range of, 50+ years, was lowest in both year in Yemen. Whereas, in Italy, populations with 14 years of age since birth, has been least in both years.
In 2000, more than half of the population 50.1% of Yemen were between 0-14 year. While, they were the least with 14.3 % of the population. People with 15–59-year age, has 61.6% population in Italy and 45.3% in Yemen. The old veterans with 50+ years of age, was a tiny percentage of population in Yemen. While, a whopping 24.1% of the whole population of Italy were from that age range.
In 2050 projection, people who aged 0-14 years were 37%. But, for Italy, it was 11.5% meaning, it decreased for both countries. 57.3% and 46.2% of population aged from 15 to 19 years, in Yemen and Italy, respectively. People with 50+ years, was lowest in both country in 2050, with 57% for Yemen and 11.5% for Italy.
