Beginning with, in the initial year coal and gas were most reliable way to produce energy.Which created 1756 billion kilowatts and 921 billion kilowatts of energy, respectively.Over a period of time, relying on coal for generating electricity decreased to almost half at 966 in 2019. whereas, natural Gas become more relevant way to make a light as it surged to 1582 billion kilowatt.Moreover, renewables and fossil fuel played minor role in making the power with 57 and 437 billion kilowatt where usage of renewable increases to 720 billion kilowatt after a decade.Interestingly, use of nuclear remained almost Same with 799 and 809 billion kilowatt.
On the flip side, hydroelectric was the perfect renewable mode with production of 273 billion kilowatts in both years.Meanwhile, use of plant and geothermal remained static.Surprisingly, usage of a solar and wind rises from 1 to 73 and 94 to 300 billion kilowatt, accordingly.
