The pie charts compares the average expenditure of an ordinary household on different aspects of daily life in four nations in the year 2000.
Overall, food was the most popular factor that a household’s budget was spent on in most countries, just except for USA, where people mostly spent on entertainment.
In terms of the funding used to pay for food, Bangladesh accounted for the highest proportion of nearly three fourths, closely followed by Vietnam, whose figure was just a tenth less than this percentage. In contrast, the proportions of Singapore and USA were 37% and 30% respcetively, which were about a half of the aforementioned rates. Regarding entertainment, while USA made up two fifths, the other’s data was just approximately a fourth of the aforementioned figure.
Turning to utilities Vietnamese households’ spending on this headed the list with just under a third whereas people in other nations just spent around a fifth of their budget. Besides, 30% of Singaporean houses’ money was paid for rent mortage, which was as opposed to the percentages ranging from 2% to 10% of the remaining countries.
