These two charts illustrate the water use in 1988 and 2009. The first one shows that people water nearly equally in all the choices. The most percentage is 25%, and it was used for washing, the second one is bathroom which had 22%. Because people didnt have much factories and big gardens, they made their own gardens at home and they used 20% of water for it.
The second chart illustrates a big change compared to 1988. The most use of water was for kitches and bathroom, which were 29 and 28%. A lot of people started using water for cooking, showering but in my opinion, nearly 30% for each is way too much. In 2008 there were way more big private gardens and people didnt need to make their own, which was effective for water use, the percentage decreased in 13%.
In conclusion, most of water is going to kitchen, bathroom use now, and after these big gardens were made, people stopped having gardens of their own to raise plants, because it can be bought in stores now.
